From there, we work on the important foundations of breath work, vocal development, narrative structure and flow, and then apply this to lots of practice with your own materials. This is to ensure authentic connection and audience engagement to build up your own public speaking skills and confidence.
Absolutely! Breath work is the first step for all of our training courses and it is the only way to help you to create your own coping mechanism for lowering your anxieties and nervousness. Everyone teaches breath differently and our clients have never failed with the techniques taught in our programmes.
You will start to see and feel the changes in your first session, however you will also need to learn to build up your levels of self-awareness to be able to notice this. For virtual sessions, they can be recorded, so you are able to go back and review the session with new eyes every time. For most clients, you will start to notice consistent conscious changes and improvements outside of the sessions in just a few sessions.
