Being able to communicate clearly and assertively has long been a challenge for many and it sometimes seems more daunting than it has to be. Over the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of delivering assertiveness skills training courses for The Centre for Strategy and Communication that is based in Old Street.
I am so grateful they asked me to write this blog piece for them as a vocal presentations and communications skills trainer to share some insight from my POV.
